About the role

We're hiring our first Content & Marketing Executive to own our content engine across YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram. This is an entry-level role ideal for a creative fresher who wants to learn digital marketing hands-on and grow with a fast-moving brand. You'll create content from day one, with direct mentorship from the founder.

Responsibilities

• Create YouTube Shorts and support long-form video production
• Design carousels, thumbnails, and promotional graphics in Canva
• Edit video (Filmora/Premiere Pro) and schedule posts across channels
• Track content performance and iterate to improve reach and engagement
• Respond to prospective-student inquiries via call/WhatsApp (a small part of the role that keeps you close to our audience)

Qualifications

• A genuine eye for design and video — a portfolio or samples of personal work preferred (personal projects, reels, and college work count)
• Familiarity with Canva and basic video editing, or the ability to learn quickly
• Clear written and spoken English; comfortable speaking on calls
• Eagerness to learn; curiosity about finance or education is a plus (we'll teach the domain)
• Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing one
