Content Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging video ad scripts, reels, UGC scripts, and promotional content for performance marketing campaigns across multiple client accounts.
• Research client industries, target audiences, competitors, and market trends to develop relevant content ideas.
• Create strong hooks, compelling storytelling, and clear calls to action (CTAs) to improve ad engagement and conversions.
• Collaborate with performance marketers, creative strategists, designers, and video production teams to execute campaign concepts.
• Develop multiple script variations for A/B testing across different audiences, platforms, and campaign objectives.
• Adapt scripts for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and other digital advertising channels.
• Understand campaign objectives, audience pain points, and product USPs to create conversion-focused content.
• Review campaign performance and incorporate insights to improve future scripts and creative concepts.
• Manage content requirements and deadlines across multiple clients and projects.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in content marketing, content strategy, copywriting.
• Strong writing, storytelling, and research skills.
• Understanding of performance marketing creatives and direct-response advertising.
• Ability to write engaging hooks, ad scripts, product-led storytelling, and persuasive CTAs.
• Familiarity with short-form video formats, reels, UGC ads, and social media advertising.
• Ability to handle multiple client accounts across different industries.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment
