Content Marketing & Creative Specialist:

This is a full-time remote role fueling Wiselearn's professional course growth through high-converting ad creatives, video scripts/hooks, landing page copy, social calendars, and repurposed content for certification audiences. Manage full organic social (LinkedIn/Instagram/YouTube) including posting/engagement, on-page SEO + blog optimization, video editing (CapCut), Canva graphics, and Zoho email sequences. Collaborate daily with Performance Marketing Specialist to align assets with campaign needs and drive lead quality.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years creating ad creatives, video reels, email templates, landing pages for edtech/B2B.
• Proficient in Canva (graphics), CapCut/Premiere basics (video editing), SEO tools for on-page optimization.
• Proven content strategy driving engagement (LinkedIn posts >5% engagement rate).
• Strong copywriting for professional audiences (certification pain points, career hooks).
• Experience managing full social calendars + community growth on LinkedIn/Instagram.
• Zoho Campaigns for email sequences + A/B testing.
• Independent executor who hits weekly creative quotas (20+ assets).
• GenAI tools (Claude/Copilot) for content ideation a plus.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field preferred.
