Content Marketer & Coordinator

Location: Nagpur (On-site)

Salary Range: ₹4LPA – ₹7 LPA

Minimum Experience: 2-3 years                                    

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Content Marketer & Coordinator who can bring creativity, coordination, and clarity to our marketing initiatives. You'll be the bridge between creative talent and business objectives — ensuring every piece of content, campaign, and collaboration adds value to our brand and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Coordinate with freelance content writers, video creators, video editors, and influencers to deliver

high-quality marketing content.

·      Manage end-to-end content production — from ideation to execution and publishing.

·      Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Product, Design, HR) to align marketing strategies and

justify marketing spends.

·      Ensure consistent brand voice across all platforms and marketing materials.

·      Analyze campaign performance and suggest creative improvements.

·      Maintain strong digital brand identity & communication tone

·      Establish weekly review system, tracking KPIs through dashboards & reports

·      Collaborate with branding, sales, and product teams for smooth alignment

·      Ensure timely execution, budget optimization & campaign quality

·      Maintain strong relationships with agencies, freelancers, and external partners to ensure timely project

completion.

·      Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns to boost brand reach and visibility.

Requirements:

·      1–2 years of experience in content marketing, coordination, or influencer management.

·      Excellent communication, multitasking, and negotiation skills.

·      A creative mindset with strong attention to detail and deadlines.

·      Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
