Whizz HR is looking for a Content Manager in Mumbai (Remote) :

Key Responsibilities

Founder Personal Branding (LinkedIn)

● Own the end-to-end management of the founder's LinkedIn profile

● Develop and execute a content strategy focused on thought leadership, industry

insights, and personal experiences

● Write high-quality LinkedIn posts that reflect the founder's voice and perspective

● Build a consistent and credible personal brand that enhances visibility and trust

● Track content performance and optimize based on engagement and audience

insights

Content Writing & Thought Leadership

● Write blogs, articles, opinion pieces, and long-form content

● Develop and manage newsletters for clients

● Repurpose LinkedIn posts into blogs, newsletters, and website content

● Conduct research to identify relevant topics, trends, and content opportunities

● Ensure all content maintains a strong and consistent brand voice

Website Content Management

● Manage and update website content, including blogs, landing pages, and service

pages

● Coordinate with designers and developers for content uploads and updates

● Optimize website copy for clarity, engagement, and SEO

Content Strategy & Planning

● Create monthly and quarterly content calendars

● Align content with business objectives, PR initiatives, and brand positioning

● Collaborate with leadership, PR, and design teams

● Monitor trends in entrepreneurship, startups, business, and communications

Analytics & Optimization

● Track content performance across LinkedIn, newsletters, and website

● Share regular reports and recommendations for improvement

● Continuously refine content based on audience behavior and insights

Required Skills & Expertise

● Proven experience in LinkedIn personal branding and thought leadership

● Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills

● Experience writing blogs, newsletters, and website copy

● Strong understanding of content strategy and audience engagement

● Basic knowledge of SEO and website content management

● Experience working in a PR, content, or digital agency environment

● Ability to understand and adapt to a founder's tone of voice

● Strong organizational and project management skills

● WordPress or other CMS platforms
