Job Description

THE ROLE

We're looking for someone to own our brand voice across social and email, end to end.

Not someone who edits videos when a brief arrives. Someone who can go from there's a story in this to concept → script → shoot → edit → publish → analyse → do it better next time.

You'll be turning a B2B cross-border consulting business into content people actually want to watch. Harder than consumer content. A lot more satisfying when it lands.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Instagram & short-form video

  • Conceptualise, shoot and edit Reels that stop the scroll
  • Build a content system, not just one-off posts
  • Track trends and formats, and judge which ones actually fit a B2B brand (most won't — that's the skill)
  • Behind-the-scenes, founder content, client stories, explainers

LinkedIn

  • Create LinkedIn-native video: talking-head cuts, subtitled explainers, trade-fair footage, founder clips
  • Treat LinkedIn as its own craft, not a place to repost Reels
  • Build a consistent rhythm for the company page and founder profile

Email marketing on HubSpot

  • Build and run campaigns: lists, sequences, templates, workflows
  • Write copy that sounds like a person, not a template
  • Report on what opened, what converted, and what quietly died

Marketing, generally

  • Own the content calendar and hit deadlines without being chased
  • Design carousels, thumbnails, simple motion graphics and one-pagers
  • Turn one good idea into five formats across platforms
  • Work directly with the founder and the India ops team
  • Look at performance and ask the important question: Okay, why did this one work

In short: shoot + edit + write + think.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 1–3 years in content creation, social media or video editing
  • Strong editing skills in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci or CapCut — whichever you're fastest in
  • Working knowledge of After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva
  • A real understanding of Instagram Reels and LinkedIn video as separate formats
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, or a close cousin (Mailchimp, Brevo, ActiveCampaign), and the confidence to learn HubSpot properly
  • Excellent written and spoken English — you'll be writing hooks, captions, scripts and client-facing copy all day
  • Ability to shoot independently: phone, camera, lighting, audio, whatever the story needs
  • Comfortable on camera when the content calls for it
  • Organised enough to juggle several pieces of content without losing the plot

Nice to have, not required:

  • Basic German
  • Interest in manufacturing, engineering or international trade
  • Any exposure to B2B or SaaS marketing
  • Curiosity about how AI is changing search and discovery

WHAT IT'S LIKE HERE

We're a young company, so the job description is a starting point, not a contract with the universe.

Some days you'll be shooting. Some days you'll be deep in a HubSpot workflow. Some days you'll be on a call at 6 PM IST because that's mid-afternoon in Berlin.

Real ownership, very little micromanagement. What we need in return is someone who spots something that could be better, says I have an idea, and then actually goes and does it.

FLEXIBLE ENGAGEMENT

Freelancers are genuinely welcome — retainer or project basis, we're open. Part-time works too. We care more about output and reliability than hours logged at a desk.

HOW TO APPLY

Send us:

  1. Your CV
  2. Your portfolio, Instagram or showreel
  3. 2–3 videos you're most proud of, with one line on why each worked

Bonus points: pitch one content idea you'd make for INFIGROW in your first month. Doesn't need to be polished — we just want to see how you think.

Apply through LinkedIn, or email [Confidential Information] with the subject line Content Manager & Video Editor — [Your Name].

We care far more about what you can make than how your CV is formatted.
