About the Role
We are looking for a Content Manager (G4) to lead the design and development of high-quality online and hybrid programs for working professionals across global markets. This role sits at the intersection of curriculum design, instructional quality, and stakeholder management, and plays a critical role in shaping learner outcomes across a diverse portfolio of international programs.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Program & Curriculum Development
- Lead end-to-end content development for online and hybrid international programs across domains and disciplines.
- Translate industry requirements, partner expectations, and learner personas into structured, outcome-oriented curricula.
- Define course learning outcomes, session plans, assignments, and assessments aligned to real-world professional and academic outcomes.
- Support localization and contextualization of content where required for international audiences and partner institutions.
Instructional Design & Quality
- Ensure high standards of instructional design across videos, live sessions, readings, projects, and assessments.
- Review and refine content for conceptual accuracy, academic rigor, industry relevance, and learner clarity.
- Design learner engagement strategies and assessment approaches in collaboration with Program Managers and academic stakeholders.
- Ensure content aligns with the quality expectations of global university and institutional partners.
Faculty & SME Management
- Work closely with academic faculty and industry SMEs to:
- define faculty briefs and session objectives
- review content outlines, recordings, and deliverables
- Build and manage a strong network of faculty, subject matter experts, and industry practitioners across domains relevant to international programs
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with Program Managers, Delivery, Sales Enablement, Marketing, and Operations teams to:
- meet content production timelines
- support learner queries and academic escalations
- enable program launches, updates, and ongoing improvements
- Coordinate with video, design, and production teams for seamless content execution.
Team & Process Ownership
- Contribute to defining scalable content development processes and quality benchmarks for international programs.
- Mentor junior content managers, research associates, and external contributors where applicable.
- Drive consistency in content quality, documentation, and execution across multiple partner-led programs.
Skills and Qualification:
Must-Have
- Strong experience in curriculum design, content development, or learning program management in EdTech, higher education, executive education, or L&D.
- Ability to break down complex concepts into simple, learner-friendly formats.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external academic or industry stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Good-to-Have
- Prior experience in online/blended learning programs.
- Exposure to international higher education or global university partnerships.
- Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning frameworks.
- Comfort working with SMEs, faculty, and senior industry leaders.
- Experience working on programs catering to diverse learner cohorts across geographies.
