Hiring: Content Manager - Trainee

Location: Podcast Studio in Dwarka Sector 10, New Delhi – 110075

Work Mode: Full-time, On-site (Podcast Studio)

Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

We are hiring a highly energetic Content Manager Trainee who wants to learn fast, work directly with founder, and grow deeply in the content and creator ecosystem.

This role is for someone obsessed with content, social media trends, AI tools, reels, viral growth, creator economy, and internet attention.

Freshers are welcome.

0 to 3 months experience is enough.

We care more about energy, execution, curiosity, and learning mindset.

What You'll Do

- Work directly with founder on personal branding content

- Manage daily content publishing across YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Spotify, and other platforms

- Research trends, viral formats, hooks, and content strategies daily, then coordinate with founder for content recording

- Take long podcasts/videos from editors and convert them into multiple short clips, reels, and viral content pieces using AI tools

- Create hundreds of micro clips from a single podcast using AI workflows

- Use AI tools heavily for content creation, editing, automation, clipping, captions, thumbnails, and publishing

- Coordinate with podcast editors, video creators, media distribution vendors, and publishing partners

- Publish content on multiple platforms and media channels

- Push and manage high-volume content distribution workflows

- Help scale content operations across hundreds or thousands of Instagram pages using automation systems

- Understand what content performs and why

- Continuously experiment with new content strategies, AI workflows, and viral distribution methods

What We're Building

We are building scalable founder personal branding systems and content playbooks which can be replicated across multiple founders and brands.

The goal is to create massive-scale content distribution using AI, automation, short-form content, and high-frequency publishing.

- Good coordination and greate communication skills

- Know how to deal with Camera and Audio Tracks in podcast studio, if dont know then can learn. Also share all raw video with video editors

- This is a completely on-site role

- Candidate should stay near Dwarka sector 10 or be willing to relocate nearby

- Daily office presence is mandatory
