We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Content Manager to lead Sahana's B2B technology content initiatives across global markets.

This role goes beyond content publishing. We are looking for someone who can build a scalable inbound content engine that strengthens brand authority, improves organic visibility, supports lead generation, and positions Sahana as a trusted technology partner across enterprise and government sectors.

You will work closely with SEO, marketing, business, and leadership teams to create high-quality content aligned with business goals, search intent, and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead content strategy for global B2B and technology-focused audiences
  • Plan and manage content calendars across web, SEO, campaigns, and social platforms
  • Create and oversee high-quality content for websites, landing pages, blogs, case studies, and thought leadership
  • Collaborate with SEO and marketing teams to drive inbound growth initiatives
  • Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and brand positioning across channels
  • Translate complex technology concepts into clear business-oriented communication
  • Manage content optimization initiatives aligned with SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, SMEs, and external contributors
  • Track content performance, engagement metrics, and lead-generation impact
  • Support leadership profiling, brand storytelling, and strategic communication initiatives

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in content marketing, content strategy, or B2B technology communications
  • Strong exposure to IT services, SaaS, enterprise technology, or digital transformation domains
  • Proven ability to create content aligned with SEO and inbound marketing goals
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling capabilities
  • Strong understanding of search intent, audience segmentation, and content funnels
  • Experience working with cross-functional marketing and business teams
  • Ability to manage multiple content initiatives in a fast-paced environment

Technical Skills

  • SEO-driven content optimization
  • Content strategy and editorial planning
  • CMS platforms such as WordPress, Umbraco, or similar
  • Familiarity with GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or equivalent tools
  • Experience with AI-assisted content workflows and optimization tools
  • Strong understanding of B2B lead-generation content strategies
  • Knowledge of content performance analytics and conversion-focused writing
