About The Role
We are seeking a creative and strategic Content Manager to lead our content planning, creation, and distribution efforts. Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business goals.
- Create and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual content calendars.
- Identify content opportunities across digital and offline channels.
- Conduct audience and competitor research to improve content effectiveness.
Content Creation & Management
- Oversee the creation of high-quality content including:
- Blogs and articles
- Website content
- Social media posts
- Email campaigns
- Case studies
- Whitepapers
- Marketing collateral
- Video scripts and presentations
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and style across all platforms.
- Review, edit, and proofread content before publication.
Digital Marketing Support
- Work closely with the marketing team to support campaigns through compelling content.
- Optimize content for SEO and search visibility.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and external agencies for content production.
- Support lead-generation initiatives through targeted content assets.
Performance & Analytics
- Track and analyze content performance using relevant tools.
- Monitor website traffic, engagement metrics, and content ROI.
- Generate regular reports and recommendations for content improvement.
Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather content requirements.
- Manage relationships with freelance writers, agencies, and content partners.
- Ensure timely delivery of all content projects.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in content management with strong Knowledge Equity Market
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Experience managing content across multiple channels.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimisation.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress.
- Experience with content analytics tools and social media management platforms.
