Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Content Manager – Integrated Learning Program (ILP) to lead the design, development, and quality assurance of our interdisciplinary curriculum across a network of 170 schools. This role is critical in shaping meaningful, connected learning experiences for students across grades.
Key Responsibilities
1. Curriculum & Program Design
- Design and evolve the Integrated Learning Program (ILP) framework across grades
- Design and track student outcomes across the curriculum (the curriculum works to incorporate learning beyond the academic curriculum while building 21st century skills).
- Ensure alignment with learning outcomes, competencies, and school values
2. Content Development & Quality Assurance
- Review and refine lesson plans for rigor, engagement, and integration
- Develop exemplar lesson plans and teacher resources
- Establish quality benchmarks and review rubrics
3. Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and mentor a team of curriculum designers/content developers
- Collaborate with subject experts, school leaders, and training teams
- Drive consistency and coherence across schools
4. Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Integrate best practices in pedagogy (inquiry-based, project-based learning)
- Use feedback from schools to refine curriculum design
- Stay updated with global trends in curriculum and instruction
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's / Master's in Education or related field
- 5–7 years of experience in curriculum design, academic leadership, or related roles
- Strong understanding of integrated/interdisciplinary learning approaches
- Proven experience in managing teams and leading projects
- Deep understanding of pedagogy and student-centered learning
- Experience working with multi-school systems is highly preferred
