Broad Function:We are seeking a results-driven Content Manager with a strong analytical and audience-first approach. The role requires deep expertise in B2B content marketing and the ability to use data and insights to design and execute content strategies aligned with business objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities (not limited to):Content Strategy & Planning:- Develop, manage, and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Own and maintain the content calendar to ensure timely and consistent delivery.
Content Creation & Development:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-quality content, including case studies, whitepapers, landing pages, offers, and sales collateral.
- Research, ideate, and produce engaging content such as blogs, e-books, infographics, emails, newsletters, social media posts, and video scripts.
Content Optimization & SEO:- Implement SEO best practices to improve content visibility and drive organic traffic.
- Ensure all content is optimized for traffic, engagement, and lead generation.
Content Repurposing & Lead Generation & Project support:- Repurpose existing content and develop new content ideas to support content marketing and lead-generation initiatives.
- Take ownership of content delivery for product and marketing initiatives, including email campaigns and sales enablement materials.
- Provide writing and editorial support to team members as needed.
Stakeholder, Vendor Management & Employer Branding:- Manage and coordinate with freelance writers when required to meet content demands.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives through relevant content creation and storytelling.
Requirements
Desired Qualifications & Experience:- 7+ years of experience in content writing or marketing communications, preferably within the B2B domain.
- Strong ability to quickly learn, adapt to change, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear understanding of content-platform alignment and the ability to select the right platforms for different content formats.
- Proficiency in secondary research to support data-backed content creation.
- Excellent time management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience using Google Analytics, social media analytics, and related performance-tracking tools.
- Experience in building and managing online communities.
