Roles and Responsibilities:
- Developing, managing and executing a comprehensive content strategy and content calendar.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create various types of content such as case studies, whitepapers, landing pages, offers, and more.
- Conducting research and ideating to produce engaging content assets such as blog posts, e-books, infographics, emails, newsletters, social media posts, and sales collateral.
- Repurposing existing content and creating new ideas for content marketing and lead generation.
- Writing video scripts to support the content strategy.
- Implementing SEO best practices to improve content visibility and organic traffic.
- Ensuring that all content is optimized to drive traffic, engagement, and leads.
- Providing assistance to team members on other written materials as needed.
- Managing freelance writers when required.
- Taking ownership of content delivery to support product or marketing projects, including email campaigns and sales collateral.
- Contribute to employer branding activities
Key skills required for the role:
- 7-9 years of experience in content writing or marketing communication, preferably in the B2B sector.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing circumstances, and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong understanding of which platform is best suited for different types of content.
- Proficiency in conducting secondary research.
- Good time management and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven approach with a good understanding of Google Analytics, social media analytics, and other relevant tools.
- Experience in online community building.
