Job Description

Department: Tutor Success / Employer Branding

Reports to: Nancy Sharma, SVP — Head of Tutor Community

Type: Full-time

About the Role

We're looking for a content manager who will be the engine behind Cuemath's tutor storytelling and employer branding initiative. You'll work directly with the Head of Tutor Community to produce consistent, high-quality content that tells the stories of our 3,000+ women tutors — and attracts thousands more to join.

This is NOT a traditional marketing role. 70% of your output directly serves tutor recruitment and community growth.

What You'll Do

  • Take raw content (video clips, tutor interviews, photos, voice notes) and turn them into polished LinkedIn posts, Instagram Reels, carousels, and website content
  • Manage content for SVP's LinkedIn and Instagram profiles (the anchor story of the campaign)
  • Produce weekly tutor spotlights for the 200 Stories series — real women, real numbers, real transformation
  • Cross-post content to Cuemath's social media handles for employer branding
  • Plan and maintain a weekly content calendar across LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Coordinate photoshoots and video shoots (tutor story shoots in studio)
  • Track content performance — engagement, reach, follower growth, inbound applications
  • Manage DMs and comments on social media (first-response engagement)

What You Bring

  • 7-14 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital storytelling
  • Strong writing skills — you can write in a warm, human, non-corporate tone
  • Video editing skills — comfortable with CapCut, InShot, or similar tools for Reels and short-form video
  • Design skills — Canva at minimum for carousels and graphics
  • Deep understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram algorithms, best posting times, engagement tactics
  • Comfort working with real people's stories — sensitivity, warmth, and authenticity matter
  • Self-starter who can take a rough idea and turn it into a finished piece without hand-holding

Nice to Have

  • Experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing
  • Background in education, women's empowerment, or social impact content
  • Basic photography skills
  • Experience managing a personal brand (founder, executive, or influencer)
