Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Content Management Specialist to join our Digital Experience Team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital content creation, management, and optimization, and will play a crucial role in enhancing our myPepsico portal and user engagement.


Responsibilities

Content Strategy Development:Collaborate with the Digital Experience Team to create and implement a comprehensive content strategy that supports business objectivesEnsure intuitive and accessible content for PepsiCo EEsMaintain a consistent tone and language for all content part of Digital Employee Experience.

Ensure formats and publishing guidelines standardizationContent Optimization:Monitor and analyze website performance to identify areas for improvementAnalyze user feedback and engagement metrics to refine content strategies & support user satisfaction goals achievements Implement best practices for content optimizationManage proper tagging along content for easy location accessConstantly reduce content duplicationQuality Assurance:Review and proofread all content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand standards.Manage content lifecycle reviewsEnsure adherence to legal, regulatory and accessibility standards.


Qualifications

Professional with 7-9 years of experience in content creation, knowledge management or training - Bachelor's degree in English - Content review tools, use of AI, and content creation tools.
Candidate must have excellent editing and proofreading skills with the ability to work independently

- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail is a must

- Must have a deep understanding of intellectual property, data privacy, and copyright policies

- Proficiency in editing and proofreading is a must

- Understanding of data privacy, compliance, and quality guidelines GBS experience in large scale global organizations is essential

- Leadership experience with ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and client/account teams

- Candidate should be adaptive and flexible as conditions change and have experience working as a change agent to influence others

- Strong verbal/written communication, presentation and relationship building skills - Incl - virtual teams/clients

- Critical thinking and proactive problem-solving abilities

- Team player as the candidate is required to work closely with the global KM team
