Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Content Management Consultant to support the Revenue organization through content management, asset organization, and documentation governance. This role will focus on maintaining, auditing, updating, and optimizing content across enablement platforms, with a strong focus on taxonomy, metadata, version control, and content quality standards.

The Consultant will work with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure content is accurate, accessible, aligned to business needs, and easy to manage over time. By extension, the role will also provide support for learning and development initiatives in relation to content and learning development activities.

Essential Duties/Responsibilites

  • Support content capture and organization through audits, taxonomy, metadata, tagging, and version control within learning and enablement systems (e.g., Highspot, Oracle, SharePoint) –including administrative tasks.
  • Maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures for asset and knowledge governance.
  • Ensure all deliverables and managed assets align with TriNet's style guide, branding standards,and documentation protocols.
  • Assist in updating training materials including job aids, guides, workbooks, infographics, videos, eLearnings, FAQs, and presentations.
  • Assist with learning management system (LMS) tasks such as learning assignments and completion reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather content requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required

Work Experience

  • Typically 2+ years Experience in enablement, content management roles, sales

operations, and/or learning & development roles. required

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 required
  • Experience in utilizing the following technology tools preferred:
  • Project Management: Monday.com
  • Content Development: Articulate RISE, Camtasia, Adobe Suite
  • Content Management: Highspot, SharePoint
  • Learning Systems: Oracle LMS
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Salesforce

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

  • Demonstrated experience in auditing, taxonomy, metadata, tagging, and version control within content management systems (CMS).
  • Demonstrated experience using performance metrics and establishing, maintaining, and improving documentation standards.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Strong writing, editing, formatting, and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience utilizing AI in the development of resources.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with both onshore and offshore teams to deliver learning assets efficiently, including managing feedback cycles and iterative revisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Familiarity with in leveraging existing materials and organizational knowledge to create new, aligned content that complements current resources.
  • Familiarity with or interest in learning instructional design models such as ADDIE.
  • Familiarity with basic video editing principles and tools is a plus.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with cross-functional and global teams.
  • Demonstrated adaptability to changing priorities and work environments.
