About the Role
We are looking for a sharp, creative, and insight-driven Content-Led Marketing Copywriter who can blend strong business understanding with fresh, engaging content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write clear, engaging, and high-impact copy for LinkedIn, website, ads, landing pages, email campaigns, and brand communication.
- Conceptualise Instagram-inspired content formats for LinkedInreel-style short videos, hooks, micro-stories, and social-first scripts.
- Build and execute founder-led content marketing: thought leadership posts, narratives, insights, storytelling, and audience engagement.
- Develop social content strategies that elevate brand presence and help position leadership as industry voices.
- Work closely with the CEO and marketing team to turn business concepts into creative, scroll-stopping communication.
- Create long-form content such as blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and industry insights.
- Contribute to performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads) through strong, conversion-driven copy.
- Collaborate with design and video teams to orchestrate content from concept to final delivery.
- Research market trends, audience behaviour, and competitor content strategies.
- Manage content calendars and ensure consistent, timely execution.
- Optimise all content for clarity, brand voice, SEO, and performance metrics.
Key Requirements:
- 25 years of experience in copywriting, content marketing, or brand communication.
- Proven experience in driving LinkedIn growth, including branded content and founder-led content marketing.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn algorithms, audience behaviour, and storytelling formats.
- A portfolio demonstrating both business-oriented content and creative, social-first pieces.
- Excellent command of English with the ability to simplify complex business ideas.
- High creative energy, trend awareness, and comfort working in a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment.
- Ability to script short-form video content or provide creative direction.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience in SaaS, tech, consulting, or B2B content ecosystems.
- Understanding of video editing cues, social visual language, and creator-style storytelling.
- Familiarity with analytics for tracking content performance and engagement.
