Hey there! We're a boutique content agency that's obsessed with words, brands, and deadlines (we've never missed one, btw). We're looking for someone who can own client briefs end-to-end, guide creators, and make sure great ideas actually turn into great delivery.

Location: Koregaon Park, Pune (Mon-Fri, hybrid)
CTC: Up to ₹5.4 LPA (the final offer will depend on your experience, fitment and last drawn salary)

- You live in Pune (preferably near Koregaon Park or Kalyani Nagar). We know the daily struggle.
- Have 3-6 years of experience in content, media, advertising, or marketing (agency experience is a plus). If you've been in the game for 8+ years, this might not be the right fit.

What you'll do:
- Take over once the brief is signed and own delivery end-to-end
- Be the bridge between clients and creators (not a postman)
- Drive briefs, timelines, feedback, and quality
- Research brands, industries, competition, and target audiences
- Guide writers and creators with clear editorial feedback
- Proofread, quality-check, and ensure tonality + originality
- Write occasionally when judgement or speed is required
- Draft social media plans, concepts, and content directions
- Track performance, maintain hygiene in documentation
- Use AI-assisted tools for research and efficiency, powered by human judgement
What you WON'T do:
- Only write content all day
- Only forward client feedback without thinking
- Compromise on deadlines or quality
- Work without ownership
You're our person if:
- You think editorially and operationally
- You're calm under pressure and don't drop balls
- You don't need reminders to do your job
- You can break a brief into steps and foresee risks
- You're comfortable with Excel, PowerPoint, tracking
- You're curious across industries and sectors
- You have your own laptop (Windows, please!)
