Role Overview

We're hiring a Content Lead to drive Osto's content engine across ideation, creation, distribution, and storytelling. This role requires someone highly creative, execution driven, and deeply familiar with B2B SaaS content.

You'll own both text and video content across channels while working closely with founders, product, and GTM teams to build awareness, engagement, and brand positioning.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end text and video content creation and distribution across platforms
• Create high quality written and video content for B2B SaaS audiences
• Drive content ideation with strong creativity and trend awareness
• Experiment with content formats, distribution channels, and rapid content iterations
• Work closely with founders and teams on product and GTM storytelling

What We're Looking For

• 4–5 years of experience in content or related roles
• Prior experience in B2B SaaS environments
• Strong understanding of both text and video content
• Strong content instincts with high creativity and idea velocity
• High ownership and execution driven mindset
