About the role :

Yal is an AI-driven communications startup redefining how we interact and connect. We are building at the intersection of advanced technology and human-centric design. We don't just want to build a tool; we want to build a movement. We are looking for a creative powerhouse who can capture the soul of our brand and translate complex AI concepts into authentic, compelling narratives.

The Role

This isn't a traditional copywriting job. You will be the architect of Yal's voice. You'll be responsible for crafting a brand identity that feels sophisticated yet accessible. You will lead our content engine across our website, LinkedIn, X, and Instagram, moving beyond standard corporate updates to create truly cinematic, educational, and transparent storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Website & Digital Copy: Lead the copywriting for Yal's website, landing pages, and product interfaces. You will turn technical specs into benefits-driven copy that guides the user journey and drives conversion.
  • Brand Voice & Narrative: Define and evolve the Yal Voice—ensuring it remains soulful, transparent, and consistently sharp across all mediums.
  • Build-in-Public Strategy: Work closely with the founding team to document the journey of building Yal, creating a narrative of transparency that builds genuine community trust.
  • Multi-Channel Strategy: Design and execute content flywheels for LinkedIn (thought leadership), X (real-time tech building), and Instagram (cinematic visual storytelling).
  • Content Production: Script and oversee the production of high-end video content, brand teasers, and educational series that explain Yal's AI capabilities without the fluff.
  • Community & Insights: Analyze trends and community sentiment to pivot strategies quickly, ensuring Yal stays at the forefront of the global AI conversation.

  • The Conversion Artist: You understand that website copy isn't just about sounding cool—it's about clarity, flow, and guiding a user toward an action.
  • Tech-Fluent: You can sit with our engineers, understand the complexity of our AI, and translate that magic into something that resonates with humans, not just machines.
  • Aesthetic-Driven: You have an uncompromising eye for visual detail and a pulse on modern digital culture and aesthetics.

Requirements :

  • 4+ years of experience in content strategy, brand marketing, or creative direction (preferably in tech or high-growth startups).
  • Proven Track Record: A portfolio that showcases your ability to write both high-converting website copy and engaging social narratives.
  • Technical Literacy: Ability to grasp complex AI/ML concepts and simplify them for a broader audience.
  • Visual Intuition: Experience working with designers and videographers (or using AI creative tools) to bring a brand's visual identity to life.
  • Strategic Mindset: Familiarity with SEO basics and how to structure content for a seamless user experience (UX).
