Role Overview

Content Intern will assist the business, partnerships, and creative teams in research, campaign coordination, and content creation. The role is ideal for someone curious about how creative ideas translate into commercial success, and wants experience in digital media campaigns, brand partnerships, and content creation.

Key Responsibilities

Business & Partnerships Support

  • Assist in identifying and researching potential partners (restaurants, movie theatres, lifestyle brands, etc.).
  • Support onboarding of new partners and maintaining active communication.
  • Help coordinate brand campaigns, events, and activations.
  • Maintain trackers for active and prospective partnerships.

Creative Support

  • Assist in ideating and creating social media content, short-form videos, graphics, and campaigns for brand and in-house projects.
  • Support content planning and execution for campaigns aligned with business and partnership goals.
  • Collaborate with editorial, creative, and social media teams to ensure content aligns with brand messaging.

Campaign Coordination & Execution

  • Support cross-functional teams in executing campaigns from concept to delivery.
  • Assist in campaign reporting, performance tracking, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Coordinate timelines, assets, and creative approvals across teams.

Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and audience behaviour.
  • Help prepare presentations, proposals, and creative decks for internal and external stakeholders.

Learning & Development

  • Gain exposure to business operations, creative ideation, digital content production, and partnership management.
  • Learn about negotiation, deal structuring, and client engagement.
  • Understand campaign KPIs, ROI, and audience engagement metrics.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Students or recent graduates in Business, Media, Marketing, Communication, or Creative fields.
  • Strong interest in digital media, entertainment, and brand campaigns.
  • Basic creative skills: video editing, graphic designing, social media content creation (tools like Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro are a plus).
  • Good communication, organisational, and research skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
