Job Title: Content Head - Luxury Township & Brand Communication
Working Days: 6 days a week

Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Content Head to lead all content initiatives for our luxury township project. This role will be responsible for building the brand story, overseeing all digital and offline content, and ensuring a consistent narrative across marketing, events, sales, and customer experience.
A background in real estate, luxury brands, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Planning
. Develop and lead the complete content strategy for the township's pre-launch, launch, and ongoing communication.
. Craft a strong narrative for the brand across all platforms-website, social media, print, videos, PR, events, and sales.
. Plan content calendars in coordination with marketing, events, and sales teams.
Content Creation & Oversight
. Oversee creation of high-quality written, visual, and video content showcasing luxury living, township features, amenities, and experiences.
. Write or guide content for brochures, AV scripts, newsletters, blogs, press releases, digital ads, and event communication.
. Ensure all content reflects the brand's tone-premium, experiential, and aspirational.
Digital & Social Media
. Drive social media strategy with strong storytelling and visual appeal.
. Review and approve posts, reels, creatives, and campaign messaging.
. Monitor performance insights and optimize content for reach and engagement.
Branding & Creative Direction
. Work closely with design teams and agencies to ensure cohesive brand identity.
. Guide photoshoots, video shoots, influencer content, and digital campaigns.
. Maintain consistency in language, visuals, and messaging across all touchpoints.
Collaboration & Coordination
. Coordinate with the events team to craft event-related content (invites, scripts, speeches, display content, etc.).
. Support the sales team with high-impact presentations, pitch decks, and client-facing collaterals.
. Align with leadership on brand direction and key messaging.
Candidate Requirements:
. Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
. Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high quality.
. Creative mindset with a strong understanding of luxury positioning and audience psychology.
. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
