Content Growth & YouTube Operations Associate (Full-Time, Remote)
We are looking for one highly capable person to help build a high-authority AI creator brand in India.
This is a full-stack content execution role for someone who can do much more than basic editing. You will work directly with the founder to turn raw ideas, recordings, demos, and interviews into polished YouTube videos, short clips, thumbnails, uploads, and a smooth publishing workflow.
Experience: 1 - 6 years
Salary Range: 3 - 7.5 lakhs INR Base + Bonus + Equity (Target 12 LPA)
You should be strong at:
- editing long-form YouTube videos
- cutting high-performing short clips
- understanding hooks, pacing, and viewer retention
- helping with titles and packaging
- handling uploads, metadata, and scheduling
- staying organized and maintaining a clean content pipeline
This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow with a serious creator brand in AI, startups, careers, and business.
Responsibilities:
- Edit 2 long-form videos each week
- Cut 5 to 15 short clips per long-form video
- Add captions, pacing, overlays, zooms, and callouts
- Help improve hooks, titles, and content packaging
- Create or coordinate thumbnails
- Upload and schedule videos
- Write descriptions, chapters, and metadata
- Maintain the content calendar and asset workflow
- Track performance and identify what is working
Requirements:
- Strong video editing skills
- Strong understanding of short-form and long-form content
- Good taste in pacing and packaging
- Organized and reliable
- Able to work independently
- Interested in AI/startup/career content
Bonus:
- Thumbnail design
- YouTube channel ops experience
- Experience working with creators/founders
- Familiarity with AI tools/content
