Role Purpose

We are seeking a high-caliber Growth & Content Strategist based in New Delhi to join our team on-site. The ideal candidate possesses the intellectual depth to grasp complex consulting frameworks and the creative ability to translate them into amazing content across B2B channels. This role is central to our growth, combining high-end content creation with performance marketing to drive brand authority and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

A. Intellectual Content Creation & Multi-Channel Rendition

Intellectual Translation: Distill Marching Sheep's complex intellectual property (whitepapers, research, and diagnostic frameworks) into high-impact, professional content.

Omnichannel Execution: Create a Create Once, Distribute Everywhere (CODE) engine. You will be responsible for taking core intellectual assets and rendering them for:

Social & B2B: High-authority LinkedIn articles and thought-leadership posts.

Visual/Digital: Engaging content for Instagram and B2B digital platforms.

Print & PR: Professional articles for industry journals and business publications.

Video Strategy: Developing scripts and storyboards for YouTube and promotional videos (overseeing the output of outsourced video editors).

In-House Visual Design: Own the end-to-end design of all static visual creatives, infographics, and marketing collateral in-house to ensure immediate turnaround and brand consistency.

B. Performance Marketing & Lead Generation

Paid Media Management: Design, execute, and monitor performance marketing campaigns across LinkedIn and Meta to drive traffic to Marching Sheep's programs and services.

Growth Funnels: Build and optimize digital conversion funnels. You will be responsible for generating a steady stream of B2B inquiries and qualified leads.

Data-Driven Optimization: Use platform analytics to measure content performance and pivot strategies based on ROI and conversion metrics.

C. Digital Asset & Podcast Management

Podcast Production: Lead the end-to-end orchestration of the MarchingSheep Podcast, including topic research, guest briefing, and directing external editors for the final audio/video output.

Inclusive Standards: Ensure all digital assets adhere to global DEIB accessibility standards (e.g., ALT text, inclusive language, and captioned snippets).

Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 35 years in Content Strategy, Digital Marketing, or B2B Growth. Experience in Consulting or HR services is highly preferred.

Technical Proficiency:

Visual Design: Expert-level proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator) is required for in-house creative production.

Performance Marketing: Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Business Suite.

Intellectual Ability: Exceptional writing and storytelling skills. You must be able to understand high-level organizational concepts and articulate them for a CXO-level audience.

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
