Stipend: 10-12,000 INR per month based on time spend
Location: on site in Delhi
We are looking for someone with a deep-rooted love for art and culture, and the passion to make a difference in the lives of artists and artisans by empowering them with technology.
Content Creation (Instagram & Facebook)
- Assist with day-to-day content planning, research, and reel creation for the assigned social media pages.
- Create reels, stories, static posts, and behind-the-scenes content in line with trends and brand voice.
- Help identify trending audio, formats, and content ideas suitable for the assigned social media page
On-Site Recordings & Daily Documentation
- Capture daily photo/video content at The KUNJ including retail floor activity, workshops, artist interactions, and partner collaborations.
- Shoot interviews, process videos, and on-ground moments that showcase The KUNJ as a creative hub.
Research & Copywriting
- Write clear, engaging captions for posts and stories.
- Conduct small research tasks for craft-related posts, artist features, and event promotions.
Creative & Digital Projects
- Support in photography, videography, and basic graphic design across campaigns.
- Assist with editing short videos, aesthetic layouts, event flyers, and digital creatives.
- Participate in brand photo/video shoots when required.
Influencer, PR & Community Support
- Assist with identifying and coordinating with influencers/content creators.
- Support PR activities for events, special workshops, and artist sessions.
- Engage with the community (visitors, artisans, partners) and help capture stories on-site.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to shoot aesthetic videos and design simple, clean visuals.
- Basic experience with Canva, Adobe Express, or similar design tools.
- Previous coursework or experience related to communication, marketing, content creation, or design is a plus.
- Comfortable interacting with visitors, artisans, and partners on a daily basis.
