Content Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage, update, and verify the song database for member companies, including titles, artists, composers, lyricists, and other metadata
• Ensure all song entries have complete and accurate copyright ownership details
• Coordinate with member companies to collect, validate, and upload new song data
• Maintain content compliance with licensing agreements and industry standards
• Maintain and update company website
• Maintain digital platforms such as YouTube, Saavn, and Spotify
• Liaise with internal departments (licensing, legal, royalties) to ensure song information supports operational requirements
• Prepare and share regular repertoire reports with management and stakeholders
• Monitor and resolve discrepancies in song records in coordination with relevant teams
• Stay updated on music industry cataloguing practices and copyright requirements
