Job Overview
Learning & Development professional focused on creating engaging training content, onboarding materials, presentations, and e-learning modules. Skilled in visual communication, LMS management, and multimedia content creation for operational and frontline teams.
What You'll Do
- Design and develop training modules, e-learning content, and onboarding materials for store/commissary teams
- Create training videos, infographics, and visual content that is easy to understand and engaging
- Build and maintain presentations (PPT/Google Slides) for internal training programs
- Manage and administer the LMS (Learning Management System) — uploading content, tracking completions, and generating reports
- Collaborate with department heads and SMEs to identify training needs and translate them into learning content
- Maintain a content calendar and ensure the timely delivery of learning assets
- Support the roll-out of new policies, SOPs, and processes through structured training collateral
What We're Looking For
- 0–2 years of experience in L&D, instructional design, content creation, or a related field
- Proficiency in PowerPoint / Google Slides — you should be able to make a deck that people actually want to read
- Hands-on with at least one design tool: Canva, Adobe Express, or similar
- Exposure to video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent)
- Basic familiarity with LMS platforms (Keka LMS, Learnosity, TalentLMS, or similar) is a plus
- Strong visual sense — you care about layout, colour, and readability
- Good written communication in English; Hindi is a plus for creating bilingual content
- Self-starter who can manage multiple content pieces simultaneously
Good to Have
- Experience creating content for frontline / blue-collar audiences (retail, F&B, hospitality)
- AI Skills: Can effectively use AI
- Basic data skills — able to pull LMS reports and track training effectiveness metrics
