Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and execution-driven Growth Content Associate (Content Executive) who can own the complete content lifecycle—from ideation to creation, publishing, and performance tracking. The ideal candidate is skilled in creating high-performing social media content and leveraging tools (including AI) to enhance speed, creativity, and impact.

Roles & Responsibilities

Generate engaging content ideas aligned with marketing goals.

Create short-form content (Reels, posts, carousels), including scripts, captions, and hooks.

Use tools like Canva, CapCut, and AI platforms for content creation.

Publish and manage content across social media platforms (primarily Instagram).

Track and analyze content performance (views, engagement, reach).

Continuously optimize content based on insights and trends.

Collaborate with designers and team members when required.

Mandatory Requirements

Strong understanding of social media platforms (especially Instagram/Reels).

Hands-on experience in content creation and basic video editing.

Ability to generate ideas and execute consistently.

Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for content enhancement.

Portfolio showcasing previous content work.
