Purpose of role: The Content Executive is responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimising product and catalogue content across Starlink's E-commerce platforms. The role ensures that product information is accurate, consistent, discoverable, and easy to understand, supporting customer decision-making, organic discoverability, and reliable execution of commercial initiatives. This is an execution-focused, data-aware role operating at scale across large catalogues.
Accountability & Responsibilities of Role:
1. Product Catalogue & Content Quality
Create and maintain accurate product titles, descriptions, attributes, and specifications
Ensure content consistency across categories, brands, and digital touchpoints
Validate product information for accuracy, completeness, and clarity
Maintain structured content standards that support customer trust and comparability
2. SEO & Discoverability
Optimize product titles, descriptions, attributes, and metadata for organic discoverability
Ensure consistent use of keywords, naming conventions, and taxonomy aligned to category and search intent
Support on-site search effectiveness through accurate attributes and structured content
Work with Performance Marketing and Digital CX teams to align catalogue and content with broader search and discoverability initiatives
3. Content Execution for Launches & Campaigns
Execute catalogue and content updates for new product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives
Ensure content readiness aligns with campaign and launch timelines
Coordinate with Category Managers, Merchandisers, and Program Management to meet execution milestones
Support seasonal events and commercial initiatives through timely and accurate content updates
4. Brand & Presentation Consistency
Ensure brand content is presented consistently and in line with defined guidelines
Maintain uniformity across product imagery, naming conventions, and messaging
Support correct brand representation across categories and campaigns
5. Content Performance & Data Signals
Monitor content-related signals such as:
o missing or incorrect attributes
o content-related customer queries
o on-site search gaps and zero-result searches
Use data and CX feedback to identify content gaps and improvement opportunities
Iterate on content structure and clarity to reduce customer confusion and friction
6. Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with:
o Performance Marketing (campaign readiness and discoverability)
o Digital CX (experience and clarity standards)
o Site Merchandising (on-site presentation)
o Category Managers (commercial priorities)
Ensure content execution supports broader E-commerce initiatives
Position Requirements:
34 years of experience in catalogue management, digital content, or E-commerce operations roles
Experience working with large product catalogues in E-commerce or retail environments
Strong attention to detail and execution discipline
Comfortable working with structured data, templates, and content workflows
Working understanding of SEO fundamentals as applied to E-commerce product pages
Customer-first mindset with a focus on clarity and consistency
