Key Responsibilities- Edit and proofread content for grammar, clarity, tone, and accuracy
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, style, and formatting
- Review blogs, website pages, social media posts, marketing content, and learning materials
- Improve content readability, flow, and engagement
- Collaborate with writers, subject matter experts, and marketing teams
- Optimize content for SEO (headlines, keywords, meta descriptions)
- Fact-check content and ensure originality
- Manage content revisions and meet deadlines
Required Skills & Qualifications- Proven experience as a Content Editor, Copy Editor, or similar role
- Excellent command of written English
- Strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with SEO best practices
- Ability to edit both technical and non-technical content
- Experience with Google Docs, MS Word, or content management systems
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in education, tech, or digital marketing domains
- Basic understanding of AI, data, or technology-related content
- Experience editing long-form and short-form content
- Knowledge of style guides (APA, Chicago, or brand-specific)
