Job Description

About CodeAnt AI

We're building a complete offensive and defensive security platform. Backed by Y Combinator, Entrepreneur First, and Uncorrelated Ventures. Used by Fortune 500s and government agencies to ship secure, high-quality code at scale.

We've shipped 100+ CVEs in 2026. We rank #1 in critical PR detection benchmarks. Our security research has affected 1.85B+ monthly downloads. We're producing serious content — CVE disclosures, technical deep-dives, customer case studies, founder podcasts, benchmark reports.

The problem Most of it is sitting on our website doing SEO duty. It's not landing where our buyers actually live — LinkedIn, Reddit, X, HN, YouTube. We're leaving absurd reach on the floor because no one owns distribution.

You're going to fix that.

Why this role exists

Content production at CodeAnt is solved. Distribution is broken.

You're not here to write blogs. You're here to make sure every blog, CVE, case study, and video we ship gets repackaged into 8 native formats and lands on every channel where developers, security buyers, and CISOs spend their time.

This is a pure distribution role. Your job is to crack each channel one by one and make CodeAnt unmissable everywhere our audience scrolls.

What you'll own

  • LinkedIn. Founder voice, company voice, technical posts, hot takes, customer stories. Multiple posts per week across the team's profiles.
  • Reddit. r/cybersecurity, r/devops, r/programming, r/netsec — and you know exactly how to post without getting banned, downvoted to oblivion, or flagged as marketing.
  • X / Twitter. Threads on CVE disclosures, benchmark drops, security commentary, technical deep-dives.
  • YouTube Shorts + Instagram + Facebook. Short-form repurposing of long-form videos and podcasts.
  • Hacker News. Submission strategy and timing for the CVEs and technical posts that earn HN attention.
  • The repurposing engine. One CVE disclosure becomes a LinkedIn carousel, an X thread, a Reddit post, an HN submission, a YouTube Short, a sales enablement asset. You build the system that does this every time we ship something.
  • Distribution writing. You write the LinkedIn copy, the Reddit post body, the X thread, the Instagram caption, the Shorts script. Platform-native voice for every surface.
  • Metrics. Reach, engagement, click-through, signups attributed to organic. You report weekly. You kill what isn't working. You double down on what is.
  • Channel expansion. When a new platform earns its place, you crack it.

Who you are

  • 3+ years building audience or distribution for a B2B SaaS, devtools, or technical product.
  • You've personally cracked at least 2 channels — LinkedIn plus one developer-audience channel (Reddit, HN, X, dev.to, indie hacker communities). Your profile or post history shows it.
  • Portfolio is mandatory. Links to your LinkedIn, Reddit username, X handle, anywhere you've built distribution. No portfolio, no application.
  • You think in formats. You can look at a 2,000-word blog post and instantly see the 6 LinkedIn posts, 1 X thread, 2 Reddit posts, and 1 YouTube Short hiding inside it.
  • You know the unwritten rules of every platform. You know why the same post that crushes on LinkedIn gets you banned on Reddit.
  • You write tight. Hooks, threads, captions, scripts. Platform-native voice for each surface.
  • You understand AEO/GEO at a strategic level — how to shape content so it gets cited by ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini.
  • You read distribution data the way a trader reads charts.
  • Bias to ship. You'd rather post a 70% piece today than a 95% piece next week.

What you won't do

  • Write original blog posts or research (the content team handles that)
  • Run paid amplification (the Growth Marketing Manager handles that)
  • Touch SEO articles or technical content production
  • Launch a newsletter (not in scope)

This is a pure distribution role. Stay in your lane and crush it.

What's in it for you

  • Distribution lead #1 building the next billion-dollar devtools company
  • Top-of-market cash, real equity, zero fluff
  • Work side by side with the CEO and Head of Growth
  • Distribute content with real signal — CVEs, benchmarks, customer wins, technical research that already gets traction
  • YC-backed, fastest-growing AI security company in our category, just getting started

We want people who

  • Genuinely enjoy distribution as a craft, not as a stepping stone to real marketing
  • Move with urgency
  • Work really hard (we mean it)
