Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Mumbai for a Content & Digital Media Manager. The role involves overseeing content management and content strategy development, managing and executing marketing campaigns, creating engaging web content and written materials, and collaborating with various teams. This is an On Site, full time role.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in content creation + digital marketing (D2C or beauty/hair industry preferred).
• Strong portfolio of reels, short videos, and social media campaigns.
• Proficiency in video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar) and design tools (Canva, Photoshop preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Excellent English writing and storytelling skills.
• Solid understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube algorithms and best practices.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret metrics and improve performance.
• Self-starter who can work independently in a small, fast-paced team.
• Experience with Shopify, SEO, and email marketing.
• Knowledge of hair extensions, wigs, or beauty industry.
• Basic understanding of Google Analytics and UTM tracking.
