Content Developer (Contractual)

Work Environment

Hybrid work schedule based in Pune (combination of on-site and remote work) over a 3-month contract

Fast-paced, project-driven environment with clear deliverables and timelines

What you'll do on a typical day:

Develop interactive eLearning content using Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise) aligned to instructional design standards

Create and edit high-quality video and motion graphics using Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Camtasia

Design engaging animations, screen simulations, and explainer videos to support learning objectives

Collaborate with instructional designers and SMEs to translate content into learner-friendly experiences

Apply branding, accessibility, and quality standards across all deliverables

Incorporate feedback efficiently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Manage multiple deliverables while maintaining attention to detail and quality

What you need to succeed at XPO:

Bachelor's degree

3-5 years of experience demonstrating creativity and technical ability as a practitioner

Proficiency with Premiere Pro and After Effects, Articulate 360, Camtasia and other content authoring tools

Solid understanding of adult learning principles and eLearning best practices

Experience creating videos, animations, and interactive learning assets

Strong visual design sense and storytelling skills

Ability to work independently while collaborating with a global team
