Job description

The Content Developer follows standard practices and procedures in the creation, editing, and proofreading of product information.

Works on projects of moderate scope across different areas, such as Training, Support and Professional services.

What Youll Do:

• Writes technical and user information.
• Completes self and peer reviews of content to ensure consistency and simplicity of language.
• Reviews drawings and design reports, writes text, and coordinates layout and design of materials.
• Uses the product software to review feature plans and create appropriate content.
• Partners with other areas of the business to understand and respond to content needs.
• Identifies required content updates based on product enhancements.
• Completes content on time throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Design, develop, and deploy WalkMe experiences.

What you will need to succeed:

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to do research.
• Creativity. Strong interpersonal skills, including an ability to work comfortably with SMEs (Subject Matter Experts).
• Experience/interest in software.
• Experience working closely with product management and product development teams.
• Exceptional attention to detail. Knowledge of Agile methodology.
• Knowledge of digital adoption platforms (DAPs) is desirable.
• Knowledge of jQuery, HTML, and CSS is desirable.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
• Bachelor s degree (or equivalent experience).
