Job Overview

• We are looking for a Fresher Content Developer (01 year experience) for a 6-month contract role.
• The position is hybrid and based in Gurgaon, supporting content creation for training and digital platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create and develop content for training materials, presentations, and digital platforms.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
• Collaborate with teams to understand content requirements.
• Conduct basic research to support content creation.
• Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably English, Communications, or related field).
• 01 year of experience or freshers can apply.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good content writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint).

Good To Have Skills

• Internship or academic experience in content writing or development.
• Familiarity with content management tools or platforms.
• Creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage deadlines and multitask effectively.
