Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bangalore Urban for a Content Developer. The Content Developer will be responsible for designing and developing content, creating instructional materials, writing technical documents, and communicating complex ideas effectively. Day-to-day tasks may involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, refining content, and ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.

Roles & Responsibilities

Content Creation & Development

• Plan, research, and develop a wide range of content including website copy, product documentation, blogs, case studies, whitepapers, landing pages, and marketing collateral
• Write clear, engaging, and SEO-friendly content aligned with Instarama's brand voice across web and mobile application offerings
• Create instructional materials such as user guides, tutorials, FAQs, walkthroughs, and onboarding documentation for clients and end users
• Develop content tailored to Instarama's verticals.

Technical & Instructional Writing

• Translate complex technical concepts, product features, and workflows into easy-to-understand content for non-technical audiences
• Produce technical documentation including API references, release notes, knowledge base articles, and developer-facing guides in collaboration with engineering teams
• Design instructional frameworks, modules, and learning paths that help clients adopt Instarama's products effectively

Collaboration & Strategy

• Work closely with product managers, designers, developers, sales, and marketing teams to gather information and align content with business goals
• Partner with the design team to integrate visuals, screenshots, infographics, and videos into content where applicable
• Support pre-sales and client-facing teams by creating pitch decks, proposals, and project documentation

Quality, Editing & Maintenance

• Edit, proofread, and fact-check all content to maintain accuracy, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines
• Maintain and update existing content libraries, knowledge bases, and CMS entries to keep information current
• Implement feedback from stakeholders and continuously refine content based on user behavior and analytics
