Roles & Responsibilities:
- Review AI Responses: Evaluate AI-generated answers for accuracy, relevance, clarity, and adherence to the curriculum or subject matter.
- Content Verification: Cross-check AI responses against credible sources, textbooks, and educational materials to ensure factual correctness.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that AI responses meet the desired quality standards for educational content, including proper formatting, tone, and language appropriate for the target audience.
- Provide Feedback: Offer actionable feedback to the AI development team on how to improve the accuracy and quality of AI-generated responses.
- Create & Update Question Banks: Assist in creating and updating question banks for various educational levels (e.g., K12 Schools, JEE/NEET, Foundation, CBSE, CISCE and State Boards etc.).
- Curriculum Alignment: Ensure that AI responses are consistent with the latest syllabus, exam patterns, and academic guidelines.
- Collaborate with AI Development Teams: Work closely with AI and content development teams to fine-tune and enhance AI capabilities, suggesting improvements and additional features.
- Subject Expertise: Provide subject-specific insights and answer queries from the AI team regarding complex topics to improve response accuracy.
Eligibility
- A bachelor's or master's degree in relevant subject is a must.
- 3-5 years experience in education, content review, or teaching (e.g., K12/JEE/NEET, Competitive Examinations, Academic writing).
- Experience working with AI tools or in content moderation is a plus.
