Job Title: Content Developer
About The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative
Content Developer to manage and maintain website content using various CMS platforms. This role focuses on operational excellence in content management, working closely with stakeholders, designers, and developers to ensure content is accurately implemented and maintained across digital properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Management:
- Author, update, and manage content using CMS tools such as WordPress, TeamSite, Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager, or similar.
- Ensure content is properly structured, formatted, and published according to design and functional specifications.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner with product owners and business leaders to gather contentrequirements and understand the context behind content needs.
- Interpret and clarify content inputs from stakeholders, identifying and addressing any gaps or inconsistencies.
- Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Work closely with developers and designers to ensure seamless integration of content into the website.
- Provide feedback on content layout and structure to support usability and design consistency.
- Content Quality & Governance:
- Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand and accessibility standards.
- Perform regular content reviews and updates to maintain relevance and functionality.
Qualifications
- Experience managing content in one or more CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, AEM, Sitecore).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured content workflows.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable content tasks.
- Familiarity with working in agile or cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and/or programming language like PHP/Java.
- Experience working with design and development teams.
- Familiarity with accessibility and web content standards.
