This is a full-time on-site role for a Content Designer based in Bengaluru. The Content Designer will be responsible for creating, refining, and managing content across various platforms to align with business goals. The role requires developing and executing content strategies, leading content management efforts, conducting in-depth research, and crafting clear, engaging communications that enhance the user experience and strengthen brand presence. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align content with user needs and company objectives will also be a key part of this role.

• Proficiency in Content Design and Content Strategy to create impactful and user-centric content.
• Strong skills in Communication to translate complex ideas into simple and effective messaging.
• Experience in conducting Research to ensure content is accurate, relevant, and competitive.
• Ability to manage and maintain digital content, ensuring consistency and quality with Content Management tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with the real estate or property management industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Design, Journalism, or a related field is highly desirable.
