About The Job:
- We are seeking a creative professional to enhance employee engagement through modern, visually compelling communications.
- This role will design, stand up, and maintain SharePoint sites with Clientive UX/UI, create dynamic multimedia assets (GIFs, animations, visuals, video messages) to enhance daily communications & newsletters, and automate email communications using standardized templates and automated workflows.
- The candidate combines design sensibility with technical expertise, ensuring communications are consistent, user-friendly, and aligned with enterprise branding
Essential Job Functions:
- Build and customize SharePoint sites with a focus on usability, navigation, and brand consistency.
- Design digital communication assets, including graphics, GIFs, animations, video messages and templates.
- Develop and manage automated email templates (Outlook/Power Automate/Workflows).
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver engaging and accessible communications across channels.
- Ensure design and communication standards comply with corporate branding and accessibility guidelines.
Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SharePoint site design & customization (modern pages, site branding, UX/UI layouts).
- Strong design skills with tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Canva, or equivalent.
- Experience with GIF/animation creation and basic video editing.
- Knowledge of email automation tools (Outlook, Power Automate, or similar).
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email design.
- 5+ years of experience in UX design with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered and AI-enhanced design.
- Proficiency in UX tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Axure, etc.).
- Experience designing for AI-powered interfaces (e.g., chatbots, recommendation engines, adaptive UI).
- Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and responsive design. Familiarity with UI development (HTML, CSS, Angular or similar frameworks). Preferred Qualifications: UX/UI Certification from a recognized institution (e.g., Nielsen Norman Group, HFI, Google UX Design, Coursera, etc.).
- Experience working on enterprise-level or data-intensive applications.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design.
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts and how they influence user experience.
- Exposure to design tokens, Figma-to-code automation, or AI design tools.
