Empower frontier organizations to govern, secure, and optimize their content at scale, enabling admins to manage complex environments with clarity, confidence, and support safe AI adoption and robust governance for AI frontier firms.
Responsibilities:
- Write and edit friendly, brilliantly clear UX copy with brand flair.
- Perform functional and editorial quality assurance on content as appropriate.
- Understand and effectively use our content model, content types, style guide, and brand voice.
- Use multiple sources of customer data to inform strategic content direction and improvements.
- Identify opportunities for content additions, improvements, and reuse/repackage, and effectively pitch those ideas to the team and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Creative Writing, Journalism, or other literary/communication subjects.
- 5 years of experience writing end-user facing UX copy (applications, web, ecommerce, etc.).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
- Proficient with editing copy in design software like Figma.
- Portfolio of writing and content samples.
- North American English fluency.
Required Skills:
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to read some programming code.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Natural and inquisitive passion for modern technology.
- Experience working with Design discipline (interactive, visual, research).
- Experience with digital content tools/CMS.
- Experience working with customer research.
- Agency copywriting experience.
- Flexible, versatile writing across form factors, subject matter, and audiences.
