About the Role

We're looking for a Content & Demand Generation Manager to own our organic growth engine end to end. This is a hands-on role — you'll set the strategy and do the work. You'll turn Konfirmity into the most-read, most-cited voice in security-driven compliance, then convert that attention into pipeline.

Today roughly 10,000 people visit our site each month. Your mandate is to take that to 50,000 and build the capture-and-nurture machinery that turns those visitors into qualified conversations and signed customers. You'll write, rank, publish, host, appear on camera, and convert — no reports, no workshops, just output that moves numbers.

What You'll Own

Content & Editorial

Own the full content strategy and calendar — blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and video scripts that speak directly to CISOs, compliance officers, and technical buyers at enterprise sellers, fintechs, and healthtech companies. You are the primary writer: translating dense technical and regulatory material into narratives people actually finish.

On-Camera & Brand Voice

You're comfortable being on camera and becoming a visible face of the brand — recording talking-head videos, webinar segments, and short-form clips, and appearing alongside the founder in content. Part of the job is turning our expertise into a face and a voice people recognise, not just words on a page.

SEO & AEO/GEO

Own search end to end — technical SEO, on-page, topic clusters, and internal linking — plus answer-engine and generative-engine optimisation so Konfirmity is the source cited when buyers ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, or Google's AI Overviews about SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, or GDPR. Capture high-intent traffic and, increasingly, high-intent AI citations.

Website & Blog

Own the blog CMS and marketing pages. Ship and iterate landing pages, optimise for conversion, and keep the site fast, structured, and search-friendly.

Lead Capture & Nurture

Build the machinery that turns attention into pipeline: visitors and social engagers flow into HubSpot (or comparable) as leads, then into structured nurture — cold email sequences and LinkedIn DM outreach designed to convert readers and followers into customers. Own lead scoring, list hygiene, and hand-off to sales.

Content Registry & Reuse

Build and maintain a central registry of every asset we produce (video and otherwise) so nothing is published once and forgotten. Systematically repurpose and retarget — one webinar becomes clips, posts, a blog, and an email drip.

Social Media

Full ownership of LinkedIn and Twitter/X — strategy, calendar, and posting. Grow the following, turn passive followers into engaged community, and feed engagement back into the lead engine. Watch regulatory and security news to jump into the right conversations at the right moment.

Webinars & Owned Events

Plan and run webinars, lunch-and-learns, and intimate CISO/compliance-leader dinners that generate pipeline. Own the full funnel: promotion, attendance, follow-up, and conversion.

Strategy & Analytics

Define growth KPIs and build the dashboards to track them. Run experiments with clear hypotheses, measure, and iterate. Report insights and data-backed recommendations to leadership.

What We're Looking For

  • Deeply AI-native. You already run your work through frontier AI tools — we expect an active Claude subscription on at least the $100/month tier (or equivalent) — and you have real playbooks for how you automate and accelerate your own job. In your application, show us how you'd wire AI into content, SEO/AEO, and lead nurture specifically for Konfirmity.
  • 4–6 years in content-led growth, demand generation, or SEO at a B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or digital-native company
  • A genuinely strong writer who can turn complex technical and regulatory topics into compelling narratives — this is the core of the job
  • Deep, current SEO expertise plus real understanding of AEO/GEO and how AI answer engines surface and cite sources
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or comparable CRM/marketing automation, including lead scoring, email sequences, and reporting
  • Proven experience running cold email and LinkedIn outreach that converts
  • Comfort owning LinkedIn and Twitter/X for a B2B brand — strategy through to daily posting
  • Comfortable and confident on camera — willing to be a visible face of the brand, record video, and appear in content alongside the founder
  • Experience planning and running webinars and owned events that produce pipeline, not just attendance
  • Data-driven: fluent in Google Analytics, Search Console, and social/SEO tooling
  • Comfortable operating independently and shipping fast with limited oversight

  • Background in compliance, security, fintech, healthtech, or enterprise SaaS
  • Working knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, or financial regulatory frameworks
  • Advanced use of AI tools for content production and optimisation

  • An active personal brand in security, compliance, or fintech circles

What Success Looks Like

30 days — You've audited our content, SEO, and site, mapped our three ICPs, identified quick wins, and started shipping. You understand the product deeply and can articulate our value to a technical buyer.

90 days — You've stood up the content calendar and are publishing consistently, launched the HubSpot lead-capture and nurture flows (cold email + LinkedIn DM), run your first webinar, recorded your first on-camera content, and stood up the content registry. Organic traffic and marketing-sourced leads are measurably trending up.

6 months — Monthly organic visitors are on a clear path toward 50,000. Konfirmity is appearing in AI answer engines and ranking for high-intent compliance keywords. Marketing-sourced signups are a predictable, growing share of pipeline, and the LinkedIn following is up 50–100%.

12 months — You've built a repeatable organic growth engine: monthly visitors on a clear path to 50,000, Konfirmity established as a cited authority across search and AI answer engines, and a predictable, growing stream of marketing-sourced customers. Repeatable playbooks exist for content, SEO/AEO, and lead conversion — and there's a case to build a small team beneath you as we scale.

How We'll Measure You

The role has three headline outcomes:

  1. Organic traffic: grow monthly visitors from 10K toward 50K.
  2. Marketing-sourced pipeline: turn that traffic into qualified leads and signups tracked cleanly in HubSpot (or comparable) from first touch onward. As an illustration of the kind of thinking we want: if 50K monthly visitors converted even a fraction of a percent, that's a meaningful stream of new customers — we'll expect you to come back to us with your own model and targets once you understand the product, our deal sizes, and our funnel.
  3. Answer-engine presence: Konfirmity cited and ranking for priority compliance topics across Google and AI answer engines.

Everything else — content velocity, webinar attendance, follower growth, email and DM conversion, video output — is a lever in service of those outcomes.

Compensation

₹12–18 LPA fixed, based on experience, plus a performance bonus tied to marketing-sourced conversions. The better the pipeline you build, the more you earn — your upside scales directly with the customers your work brings in.
