About XScale Media

XScale Media is a performance marketing agency helping coaches, consultants, experts, and businesses generate leads and sales through paid advertising, funnels, conversion-focused content, and marketing automation.

We are looking for a Content Creator who can create engaging short-form videos and performance-focused ad creatives for XScale Media and our clients.

What You'll Do

1. Create short-form videos, Reels, and video ads for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
2. Appear on camera and deliver scripted and unscripted video content.
3. Develop creative hooks, concepts, scripts, and content ideas.
4. Create multiple content variations for different audiences and marketing angles.
5. Research current short-form content formats and identify ideas that can improve viewer engagement.
6. Work with the marketing and creative team to produce content for client campaigns.
7. Turn marketing concepts and offers into simple, engaging video content.
8. Participate in content shoots and maintain a consistent content production schedule.

What We're Looking For

1. Strong communication and on-camera presentation skills.
2. Comfortable speaking naturally in front of a camera.
3. Good command of Hindi/Hinglish and/or English.
4. Creative thinking and an understanding of short-form video content.
5. Ability to understand hooks, storytelling, CTAs, and audience psychology.
6. Interest in social media, advertising, marketing, and content creation.
7. Ability to work from our Raipur office.
8. Previous experience with Reels, UGC, video ads, social media, or content creation is a plus.

Application Requirement

As part of the application process, candidates will be asked to submit a 30–60 second sample video.

The sample should demonstrate:

1. On-camera presence
2. Communication skills
3. Creativity
4. Ability to create a strong opening hook
5. Storytelling and delivery

Professional equipment is not required. A phone-recorded video is completely acceptable.

The sample will be evaluated based on the candidate's content-creation and communication abilities.
