Looking for a Content Creator cum Social Media Manager to join our in-office team in Noida. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role ideal for someone who's passionate about storytelling, wellness, and content creationespecially in video format. You'll be responsible for shaping the brand's voice across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and more. If you love shooting, scripting, and staying on top of trends, and want to grow with a purpose-driven Ayurvedic brand, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Create & execute engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & other platforms
- Conceptualize, script, and shoot, edit video content (Reels, Stories, Shorts, etc.)
- Coordinate product shoots and lifestyle content in-office or on-location
- Manage daily posting, stories, and DMs across all social handles
- Monitor insights and trends to optimize performance & engagement
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to align brand messaging
- Maintain monthly content calendars & campaign timelines
Requirements
- 12 years of experience in social media & content creation
- Must be proficient in mobile shooting & professional shoot setup.
- Strong command over tools like CapCut, InShot, Canva, Adobe Suite
- Comfortable facing the camera and creating influencer-style content
- Good understanding of Instagram trends, hashtags & audience engagement
- Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation (e.g. ChatGPT, Midjourney, D-ID, Runway, etc.)
- A natural interest in Ayurveda, beauty, wellness, or organic living is a bonus
