Role Description

We are looking for a creative and passionate Content Creator to develop engaging, high-quality content across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have excellent storytelling skills, experience creating social media content, and the ability to produce content that strengthens brand awareness and drives audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

* Create engaging content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube.

* Develop creative ideas for reels, videos, graphics, blogs, and marketing campaigns.

* Write compelling captions, social media posts, website content, and promotional copy.

* Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to execute content strategies.

* Stay updated with industry trends, viral content, and social media best practices.

* Plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting.

* Coordinate video shoots and assist with basic photography and videography when required.

* Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement metrics.

* Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels.

Required Skills

* Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.

* Experience in creating content for social media platforms.

* Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar content creation tools.

* Understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and audience engagement strategies.

* Basic knowledge of SEO and content optimization is an added advantage.

* Creative mindset with attention to detail.

* Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Mass Communication, English, or a related field.

* 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing.

* Experience in video editing and graphic design is an added advantage.

* A portfolio showcasing previous content creation work is preferred.
