Content Creator

We're helping a Stealth HealthTech startup hire for a Founder's Office role.

We're looking for a creative Content Creator who can turn ideas into engaging content across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.

Responsibilities

• Research content ideas, trends, competitors, and audience interests
• Create short-form videos, posts, carousels, scripts, and captions
• Shoot and edit videos using tools such as CapCut, Canva, or Premiere Pro
• Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form pieces
• Manage the content calendar and publish consistently
• Track performance and improve content based on engagement and reach
• Collaborate closely with the founder and team on brand storytelling

Requirements

• Strong understanding of social media and short-form content
• Good writing, storytelling, and video-editing skills
• Comfortable appearing on camera when required
• Ability to work independently and execute quickly
• Familiarity with AI content tools is a plus

Experience is less important than creativity, consistency, and a strong portfolio.
