Content Creator/Videographer

We're hiring: Content Creator

Worldschooling Hub Goa is looking for a creative, commercially-minded Content Creator to help tell the story of our Hub, our families and the work I do as a nervous system specialist and founder.

This is a full-time role based in South Goa, with approximately 60% of your time focused on Worldschooling Hub Goa and 40% supporting my personal brand.

There may also be opportunities to travel to Dubai and internationally for filming, events, retreats and other brand projects.

You'll create content that helps families understand what we offer, builds trust and drives bookings, while also capturing the ideas, experiences and behind-the-scenes moments that make our work distinctive.

You will be responsible for:

• Filming and editing Reels, TikToks, LinkedIn videos and YouTube content

• Capturing daily life at the Hub, including activities, learning, excursions and community moments

• Creating parent testimonials, accommodation tours and booking-focused content

• Filming content with children, teenagers, families and team members in a warm and respectful way

• Supporting content for my personal brand, including nervous system regulation, motherhood, entrepreneurship, retreats and alternative education

• Taking high-quality photographs and short-form video

• Creating story-driven content in a fast-moving live environment

• Understanding social media trends, hooks, pacing and audience retention

• Organising footage and maintaining a clear content library

• Supporting basic content planning, scheduling and publishing

• Creating simple thumbnails or graphics where needed

We're looking for someone who:

• Has strong videography, photography and editing skills

• Can create authentic, emotionally engaging content rather than purely cinematic footage

• Understands Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube

• Has a strong eye for composition, storytelling and pacing

• Is confident filming around children, teenagers and families

• Can work independently and take initiative

• Is organised, reliable and comfortable working as part of a small team

• Understands how content contributes to visibility, enquiries and sales

• Has experience with colour grading, audio and drone filming

• Is already based in India and available to work in South Goa

• Is willing and able to travel when required

This role is ideal for someone who wants to work across education, travel, wellness, family life, entrepreneurship and personal branding.

During cohort periods, the role will generally involve six days per week. Outside cohort weeks, there will be greater flexibility around filming, editing and planning.
