About the Role:

We are looking for a creative, visually driven, and detail-oriented Video Editor / Graphic Designer / Content Creator to join the marketing team at Mohidin Properties & Holdings. The role will involve editing high-quality video and creating graphic content across our real estate projects, managing our social media platforms, and promotional marketing collaterals creation.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in video editing and graphic design, with an understanding of digital content trends and audience engagement across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Edit high-quality videos for YouTube and social media reel content.

·      Create static posts for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.

·      Design brochures, presentations, advertisements, and marketing collateral.

·      Stay updated with social media trends, editing styles, content formats, and creative best practices.

·      Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign execution, content planning, and creative direction.

·      Organize and manage media libraries, project files, and creative assets efficiently.

Eligibility Requirements:

·      Minimum 1–3 years of experience in video editing, content creation, graphic design, or related creative roles.

·      Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating video editing, reels, graphic design, and campaign work.

·      Strong understanding of branding, typography, composition, color theory, and digital content aesthetics.

·      Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines efficiently.

·      Good communication and coordination skills.

·      Final Cut Pro

·      CapCut Pro (Or Equivalent)

·      Adobe After Effects

Graphic Design & Creative Tools:

·      Adobe Photoshop

·      Adobe Illustrator

·      Adobe InDesign

·      Canva Pro

·      Figma

·      Adobe XD

·      Lightroom

·      CorelDRAW

·      PowerPoint / Presentation Design Tools

Mandatory Requirement:

·      Candidates must submit their updated Resume along with a Portfolio showcasing previous work.

Location:

·      Reporting office is based in Vasco - South Goa.

·      May require occasional travel for site shoots, project coverage, events, and campaign-related activities.

Remuneration:

·      Salary will be based on experience, skill level, creative capabilities, and portfolio quality.
