Scalio helps over 3 lakh Indian businesses grow online. Whether it's a saree seller in Surat, a bakery in Indore, or a salon in Kochi, they simply upload one product photo and get back reels, product photoshoots, social media posts, and ads in the language their customers speak.
About The Role
You'll become one of the faces of Scalio — the first dedicated Content Creator on a lean, high-ownership team. This is a full-time, work-from-office role based in Bangalore (5 days/week).
What You'll Do
- Create short-form videos showcasing the product, new features, and customer success stories
- Turn product updates into engaging Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts — targeting 4 videos/day
- Write and develop 10–15 scripts per week for on-camera delivery
- Create educational content that helps small business owners get more value from Scalio
- Work closely with the product and marketing teams to bring ideas to life quickly
- Stay on top of social media trends while creating content people genuinely enjoy watching
Must Haves
- On-camera confidence — comfortable presenting on screen in a natural, engaging way
- Fluent Hindi delivery — clean, natural Hindi with no heavy accent interfering with delivery
- Bilingual fluency — English and Hindi both required
- Native understanding of Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts performance
- Consumer or D2C content experience — has created content for consumer-facing brands
- High output capacity — comfortable at 4 videos/day and 10–15 scripts/week
Good to Have
- Script writing ability or creative ideation skills
- Personal Instagram or social profile with genuine organic reach
- Agency background from D2C-focused shops (e.g. OWLED, Yaaas Media)
- Prior work with Bangalore-based consumer or D2C companies
- Creative portfolio or brand collaboration deck
