Job Description

The job involves creating and executing innovative content across multiple digital platforms to engage target audiences and enhance brand visibility. As a member of the social media team, you will be working closely with the marketing/sales team and drive campaign ideation and content creation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy Development: Design and implement creative content strategies across platforms such as social media, blogs, websites, and ads to drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Campaign Ideation: Partner with marketing teams to develop fresh, compelling content ideas that resonate with diverse target audiences.
  • Performance Tracking: Continuously monitor and evaluate content effectiveness, making data-driven adjustments to optimize performance and outcomes.
  • Content Research: Stay updated on industry trends, audience behaviour, and competitor strategies to inform and evolve content planning.
  • Keep an Eye for Detail: Must have a keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision.

Requirements

  • Exceptional skills in writing, editing, and storytelling with a creative flair
  • Ability to generate innovative content ideas
  • Strong command over content writing/copywriting skills and collaboration skills
  • Understanding of SEO, social media marketing, content marketing strategies, and measurement tools
  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a content creator or in a similar role.
  • Post-Graduate/Graduate in Mass Communication/Journalism/English Literature
